Types of Facilities

General Computer Labs
The College has three computer labs for general instructional support and student use. All lab computers require use of a College assigned personal "user id"and "password" for security and accounting purposes. Personal user accounts are provided free of charge to Social Sciences students, faculty and staff upon request.

 

Special Use Computer Labs

The College has four special use labs for instructional and research support. Hosting Departments are responsible for daily operations and management of these labs.

 

  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - Geography
  • Geographic Information Systems (GIS) - Urban & Regional Planning
  • Media Lab - School of Communications
  • Quiz Center - College of Social Sciences

Lab Locations

Mac Labs (Crawford Hall)

  • Crawford 114 | Located on the first floor across the elevator
  • Crawford 212 | Located on the second floor
  • Crawford 220 | Located on the second floor across the elevator

 

PC Labs (Saunders Hall)

  • Saunders 342 | Located on the third floor by the Anthropology main office, left of the double doors.
  • Saunders 635 | Located on the sixth floor by the Political Science main office, enter through the double doors and to down the hall to your right.
