  • Q: How come I can't log into the computer with my Username and Password?
    • PC Lab
      1. Users have to be registered in a current College of Social Sciences course.
      2. Are you logging in with your UH email username and ID number?
      3. Did you sign up for an account by email?
      4. Network may be down.
  • Q: How come I can't print?
    • PC Lab
      1. Are you over your print quota?
      2. Network may be down
  • Q: Can I print on special types of paper such as resume, cardstock, vellum or transparencies?
    A: NO, you may use only what is provided. Specialty papers may jam or damage our printers.
